Disabled visitors

The Museum is keen to improve its welcome for all visitors. Discover the conditions prepared to make your visit easier.

Form for on-line group bookings


The museum is accessible to persons in wheel chairs and who have difficulty walking (special lifts). The surroundings of the Museum and its interior court are surfaced with pebbles. The itinerary is to be resurfaced to facilitate access for wheel chairs.

Vehicles may be driven right up to the entrance of the Museum. Parking there is not authorised.
Wheel chairs can be provided on request at the reception desk.



Guide dogs and canes with ferrules are allowed.
Contact the public service department before your visit.

Large character room guide sheets are available for the visually impaired.
Audio-descriptive tours are available on reservation.

The Audioguides are equipped with induction earpieces for visitors wearing hearing aids.

Amplifying headphones can be requested from auditorium attendant.

Tours in sign language (LSF) are possible subject to reservation.
