Unaccompanied tours


The Museum provides audioguides for unaccompanied visitors to the Toulouse-Lautrec collections presenting a selection of 44 works from the early works of his youth up to the painter’s last canvas. The audioguides are available in French, English, German, Spanish and Italian. They are equipped with induction earpieces for visitors with hearing aids.

Available at the reception desk for 3 euros against the deposit of an identity card.

Length of the visit, 1 to 1½ hours.


Film shows

Visitors can discover Toulouse-Lautrec in greater depth with two films screened together in the auditorium. Film shows may be postponed to make way for the Museum’s cultural programming.

"Monsieur Henri"
Paul Bigou’s film “Monsieur Henri” deals with the life and work of the Albi painter Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec.
Length: about 38 min.

"Lumière sur" ...
The film takes you to the last days of the 19th century and shows how this artistic genius broke free from the artistic movements of the time to develop his own style. The story of the Palais de la Berbie is touched upon, from its construction by the Bishops to its present state.
